I wonder what would have happened if the father just got some paint thinner and cleaned the painted doors off the walls. Like, wouldn't that be the most logical thing to do in a situation like that? Instead of going though all that trouble to figure out what was coming out of the doors, and just losing your kid in the end. His wife is a bitch by the way. He wasn't hurting her or the daughter, had no apparent history of violence and yet she flipped her shit and treated him like some dangerous mental patient, damn! The people in these stories really know how to pick'em.
@melissa328911 жыл бұрын
well from watching A Haunting, they say if you do any repairs to the house of any type the ghost don't like that, but I don't most people knew that I didn't till I herd. but your right about the mom. I thought she was going to become part of it.
@DrMokner11 жыл бұрын
melissa3289 Well, since the ghost kids couldn't do anything outside of making noise until the father moved the cupboard? out of the way so they could open the doors, I don't think they would have done much outside of making obnoxious, temper-tantrum sounds. Also I don't think 'A Haunting' is very good source material for facts since it's just a tv show. The mother becoming a part of it would have been more interesting, and make a little bit more sense... then again there are people in real life that would act like that.

"Paralyzed by fear." This phrase appears way too often in these kinds of stories. Sure, if you're alone in your house and you aren't sure if somebody is there or not, maybe then be paralyzed by fear. If you're just going to sit and watch as someone you care about dies, then fuck right off. It feels like its the authors way of saying "The characters do nothing. Just because." STOP USING THIS.
@MnemonicHack10 жыл бұрын
I'll tell you what. The minute anything wierd like that started happening, I'd get my shit together, get my daughter out of the house, and wait for them. There may have been a lot of them, and they may have some creepy supernatural powers, but anything can die with the right application of force. We'll see what a rusty crowbar and a few 7.62x54r can do to them.
