I think the reason the fans come after her is because she stayed on social media posting pics of herself making stupid comments and liking stupid posts about her being crucified or even liking it's expensive to be me posts. If she's been advised not to say anything that's fine, but then stay off social media so you don't look like you're living it up. Dementia can develop rapidly, but usually when it does it happens with other medical problems such as thyroid problems, autoimmune neurological conditions or other neurological disorders or conditions. Once dementia starts it only gets worse over time, so it would be interesting to see how Tom is in another year

The thing is is she trusted her husband enough to take care of business because he was supposed to be one of the best lawyers in the business. And unless you're a lawyer you probably would trust one of the supposed best lawyers around. It's a really good lesson and investigating what you're signing and what you're doing. She had no reason to distrust him so she probably just signed whatever he gave her and trusted what he was doing. There was no reason for her to ever question whether or not she was getting good legal advice he was one of the best in the business. The lesson here is always know what you're signing and get a second opinion. She's guilty because she didn't read anything and trusted her husband. I don't think she would purposely steal from the victims. I truly feel it was a case of blind trust because he was one of the best in the business. She's guilty of trusting and not investigating what she was signing. The people he was representing fell victim to the same thing they trusted him and knew he was the best in the business and he scammed them. they thought they had a person on their side to fight for them but he ended up being the thief. Honestly especially in old school way the man takes care of the woman and that's why she married an older man to take care of her. But she ended up trusting a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Their is a difference between constructive criticism/opinion and just being an ar**hole! I think cif a creator is open and welcomes the first, people's comments are more likely to reflect these kind of response. Unconsciously people write a 'sassy' side I believe because they have already kind of decided the response back or no-response from the creator. I think engaging in the comments can help as whatever a person says, it is Human nature to want to be heard and not ignored (of course not going to be able to respond to everyone). There are those that just want hate and not going to change that but for some who want to say something they know is criticism, if the creator makes a point of saying how they feel about this, in that you cannot be sure if they mean ANYTHING in anyway bad, it gets people backs up and they may not write quite how they mean it. Whoa, whoa, whoa guys!!! Please be careful of what you say regarding who gets paid what and in what order! I am a retired attorney and my husband is a federal bankruptcy judge so I know of what I speak. The U.S.bankruptcy code is quite complicated and your analysis (and apparently Emily D. Baker's) of whoever files first is simply not true. In fact, the premise of the bankruptcy priority claim list is to do away with the "race to the courthouse" that would occur if not for the automatic stay of bankruptcy. The way bankruptcies work is that once bankruptcy is filed, all creditors (secured and unsecured) must file a claim against the bankruptcy estate by a date set by the judge. Once all claims are filed by that date, and the assets of the bankruptcy estate are identified, the bankruptcy code dictates the order in which allowable claims are paid. 1. First, administrative expenses are paid. These include (in general) trustee expenses, taxes, attorneys, etc., including Ron Richard's fees for any assets he identifies according to his fee agreement. 2. Next, the secured creditors get paid. All secured creditors have first dibs on their collateral to the extent of their claim. In this case, the bank holding the mortgage on the Pasadena home gets paid first after the sale of that home and the Ruigomez secured claim on that home will be paid next. If they are owed more money than what the home is sold for (which in this case, at least Ruigomez will be owed more), they become unsecured creditors like everyone else for that amount of money. 3. Once the administrative fees and secured creditors are paid, whatever assets are left are divided on a pro rata basis between all unsecured creditors - and this includes the victims. This means that if there is enough money left to pay say 30% of the total of all of the allowable unsecured claims, then each unsecured creditor will get 30% of their allowed claim. Again, It has NOTHING to do with when they filed a claim against the bankruptcy estate. And incidentally, a spouse can testify against another spouse. The spousal testimonial privilege is held by the witness-spouse, not the party-spouse, and therefore does not prevent a spouse who wishes to testify against his or her spouse from doing so.
