Obviously he gets facial hair , he shaves that regularly . He needs it the most . Normal teenager don't shave they love their beard even 20 25 yr old guys . But he keeps it clean shave as it suits him n make him look more good . And ofcourse he has patchy beard that doesn't look good than clean shave one that's y he is always clean shaven . I think he shaves every second of third day
