All true warriors respect and love their women: mothers, daughters, sisters. I belong to nomadic nation my self. I'm kyrgyz. For nomads mother is an alpha and omega. We even have a totem called mother-deer (Bugu ene). She symbolises strength, loyalty and care.

Thank you for your reaction. I was waiting for that. The original Hu 'Song of Women' is a dedication of their love and respect towards women. Traditionally, Mongolian women have never been disregarded or undervalued since the prehistoric times of matriarchy. The women have always had equal rights and the Mongolian traditional way of life is based on mutual love, respect and value between men and women. The HU wanted to share this Mongolian values with the world, showing how the woman should be treated for who they are. The lyric is about a warrior who sings this song in honor of his beloved wife on his way to a war campaign without a chance to see her and bid farewell before his leave, missing and yearning for her. It reads: Vivid is the palm tree in bloom, so pleasing Lovely is her singing gently, so fetching Wedded lady Dearly tender Brisk is the argali sprinting in the mountains, so appealing Fond is her being to melt my heart, so appeasing Wedded lady Dearly loving Merry is the birds singing in the sky, so melodious Joyous is their roistering in the air, so harmonious Wedded lady Dearly caring The path of words of your forefathers Blessed with milk offering by dear mother- the righteous way Have the power to love the homeland Keep the valor to fight, favor the concord Be keen like the sword with sharpened blade Fly like an arrow shot from a bow, speed like a storm. Ride and Rise

There is a version of this without Lzzy, that has the lyrics(english subtitles) so you can get an idea what the song is about. Also Lzzy wrote her own lyrics for this version, so her lyrics are not a part of original song. There is a "making of" video that describes how Lzzy came to do this colab.

That’s remarkably sad 😞 I’m sorry for your extreme loss. I lost my dad, but my mom and step dad more than make up for it. I wish I could say it’ll be okay, but I know what it’s like to lose like that. My grandma (RIP Josephine) was my favorite person on the planet (before my kids were born) and when she died (11/27/01) I cried every day for 2 years straight. Then she came to me in a dream and that made me realize she’s okay, then I was okay. But I still miss her like crazy. That’s where I get my spunk from.

Please react to The Hu - Legend of Mother Swan (with cc turned on). This is based on ancient Mongol tale. Anyhow, below is the Song of Women lyrics with transliteration: The palm tree grows and flowers As she sings softly my soul retains My wife, an honorable lady Compassionate and delicate I am bones and I am skin I am home, where life begins I’ve started wars, I’ve given peace Across the ocean, I carry the seed I’m your lover I’m your mother I’m your sister I’m your daughter When Kings fall to their knees They sing a woman’s song When birds scream in the trees They sing a woman’s song The sunrise in the east Sings a woman’s song Every heart that beats Sings a woman’s song I am fire I am water I am empress I am thunder I am flower I am wonder I’m the object Of your desire I am beauty I am grace I am faith... This verse is only in the original and not in this collab: The Argali (big horn sheep) springs and flies in the mountains Her fondness melts me languidly My wife, an honorable lady Compassionate and lovely The birds sing and tweet in the eternal blue sky They are happy and joyful in their souls I am faith My wife, an honorable lady Compassionate and mesmerizing When Kings fall to their knees They sing a woman’s song When birds scream in the trees They sing a woman’s song The sunrise in the east Sings a woman’s song Every heart that beats Sings a woman’s song This verse is only in the original and not in this collab: The palm tree grows and flowers As she sings softly my soul retains The Argali (big horn sheep) springs and flies in the mountains Her fondness melts me languidly The birds sing and tweet in the eternal blue sky They are happy and joyful in their souls Every heart beats a woman’s song Every heart beats a woman’s song Every heart beats a woman’s song Every heart beats a woman’s song This verse is only in the original and not in this collab: With the precious words of your forefathers With the milk blessed road (life journey) of your mother, the true path With the power of love for your homeland Have a fighter spirit in you, be steady As if you were a blade of a sword As if you were a point of an arrow ready to shoot, spring and fly, ride and rise

Man who "F"s with a female in front of me, it's on. US Navy Seabees served 2 extreme tours overseas in 1972, '73. All I ever missed were American women. Good or Bad I missed them. The PTSD I had after coming home I kept for domestic violence abusers, punishing them, jailing them. Never been arrested, jailed for punishing them, no criminal record. My father demanded I protect my younger sibling, women, weak, crippled. HU music, this song bring my blood burn.

It is true that we've all been hurt. The secret is to not hold on to that hurt. You take it, learn from it, but pain is like a hot iron. Only a fool keeps a hold of it unecessariiy. Pain teaches, but the only thing you should hold onto is the lesson. As for you, Jen, you seem to be attracted to the wrong guys. Maybe think on that. I dunno, your life. Men and women can be on the same team. I do like the song. I have a couple of boys, myself. Wife and I going on 16 years of marriage, 22 years together, and still strong. So I get it. Mess with my boys, and God have mercy on your soul, cause I won't. Same with my wife. She's the mother of my children. A Mother. It means something. Fathers do, too! Yin and Yang. Lzzy Hale is one of the best voices in metal. This song used both her talent and the talent of the group in a beautiful way. Great music!
@JustJenRx
@JustJenRx 3 жыл бұрын
Scott, you couldn’t be any more right. I have always been attracted to the men who spew the most bullshit. I have been fooled too many times. I have only had 2 LTR’s and neither one was with a good man. I am in the process of learning how to let go of that pain, but I suffer from PTSD, so it’s tray hard to let go of that bs. The only thing that got me through and over my relationship with my 1st son’s father, was drugs. And I will never do that again. So I just have to deal with what my 2nd son’s father did to me. It’s fairly recent, so I’m really trying hard to just focus on my boys, and myself. I have really good days, and really bad ones. I’ll just never understand how people can honestly look at themselves in the mirror treating people the way I’ve been treated. It’s truly baffling to me. So I think about being attracted to the wrong men all of the time now. So much so that I’m truly scared to get into another relationship. That’s why I’m not looking for one!!!
@scottclark3761
@scottclark3761 3 жыл бұрын
@@JustJenRx Nothing wrong with refocusing on yourself. If you don't take care of you, you can't be there for anyone else. Your cup has to be full to fill others'. And good for you for not putting your boys through serial relationships. They are going to see the way men treat you as a model for how they should treat women. Children learn from what they experience. I mean, they do need that good masculine influence in their life, a brother, or claimed brother..uncle...whomever. But the toxic crap could pass them by blessedly. So yeah. Get your head straight. it's a noble goal. And one that will make you a better mom and person in general. Focus on self awareness and changing that dialogue in your head. Just advice from a random dude. I ain't perfect, but the pursuit of perfection beings excellence.

You can easily hear division and hate everywhere these days. But when a truly top notch talent like Lzzy and The Hu do exactly what they do best? When they tell a message everyone can appreciate? This is magic right here. No matter what you hear in the next 10 videos you might watch, just know that most of us men love and support every women in our lives. One small note though: Lzzy is a goddess not just a woman.

Love your reaction! And you. You’re hot. And tough. It’s so good that you appreciate how these “manly men” love their mothers. Did you notice how she touches the guys and when she holds onto the guy’s arm how he looks at her? It’s so obvious that they love her like a lover, mother, sister, daughter. Women are so precious, powerful, and essential to life. I believe like Aurora said in her song “Heathens” at Rough Trade East, London, in “. . . the Mother who takes care of the people who aren’t welcome in heaven.” I know this is a late comment but please send me a heart or something to let me know you read this. Hugs and kisses sweetie! Edit: not to imply that you and yours aren’t welcome in heaven. It’s just that I’m not. And don’t care as long as there’s the Mother.

Possibly the most powerful song about women I've ever heard,and a lot of that is down to Lzzy. Great imagery thorough the video too,with images of their mothers,and Lzzys. I hope Lzzy does something with The Warning like she said she wants to - now that would be another great collaboration.

I hear where you are coming from, though, I am the opposite, (Just to say, ahead of time, I have no children by women I have been with, have always been rather careful with that, as you know the many reasons why, from what I can tell thru what you have said from the life you have lived, thru many different videos), but, the women where I live seem to be, "after something...?", don't know how to quite explain it, it's not love, but, it's not gold digging either, I am pushing 37 by the way, so I can honestly say there is a bit exp.. behind me (gamer talk LOL). From what I can tell, women seem sooooooo afraid to choose the right guy for them, that, alot of times, they make the mistake of choosing the badass, compared to, the guy that can shed tears at a kids movie, like Lilo and Stitch, to give an example. Doesn't mean the guy isn't a "Badass", as I would be more then willing to go to jail for anybody that F's with my family, or people I care for like family, or love. this isn't the 70's, 80's, or 90,s.... or hell, even the 2000's, for things to change, I honestly believe the "Womens" perspective on what the "RIGHT GUY" needs to change as well. Just my 2 cents, felt the need to say that

I'm sure you're an amazing mother Jen, you sound like one of the best... I wish my ex fiance was half the woman you are... She was manipulative, abusive, and didn't give a damn about her kid.... I was the one feeding her daughter, playing with her, taking her to school and back... Everything... Even doing the mother's duties of teaching her how to bathe properly cos the mother wouldn't do it... She'd rather sit at her computer.... Or hurl abuse at me... It wasn't till her daughter got taken by CPS, that she even showed some caring for her daughter... She treated me like dirt every day, and unfortunately, I did end up cheating on her... But at least I got out of an abusive relationship... And the woman I slept with, is now one of my best friends to this day, and I honestly think we'd take a bullet for each other...

I hear you, I have a son myself, and would do anything for him. After he was born I had such a breakdown that after nine years I'm still picking up the pieces. So in my case that meant realising that I can't be the mother my son needs. I can't offer him the stability and peace he needs, and my ex can. Still, my mind knows I did what's best for him, but my heart keeps telling me I gave away my son. Even though I still see him weekly. I don't think that feeling will ever go away.

When Lzzy puts her hand upon his shoulder... LOVE it. They are kindred spirits. [edit after] And any man worth his salt knows a good woman will level his arse up... be it mother, sister, lover, friend... a good woman will have the strength to be alone but chose to be w you in a good place for her, and you get to understand how to stay true to yourself but stay true to your promises , whatever they be, and be kind and honest. Fuck the filters... be kind and be honest.

Sad reality of all those ancient warrior cultures had strong family influence and connections. But the same time, they did not exude that family feelings to other nations. So, it is like covering one bad side by compensating with other opposing propoganda. Vikings also was all about family and their brave women, but they were brutal power-hungry, wealth concentrating, kingdoms to themselves - it was all about self-image.

I respect single mothers all over the world. I saw so many single mothers in Mongolia, and they’re all incredible people who live for their children even though life is hard on them.

I wonder how well the alphabet crowd are doing in Mongolia. They seem to be a sensible people who understand that both men and women have power and strengths, and how to best tap into that power for the good of their society. These are not confused people, they are amazing.

(I know I am late to this party, but...) You know, I have watched several of your reactions and hit the like button and that's it. I'm more of a lurker and I rarely comment, but this time...I have something to say. YOU are a super star. I almost commented on your video where you mentioned recovering from addiction and I just want you to know--you are a super star. As a wife of an alcoholic, I know the other side of that coin. YOU are powerful. Your mothering instincts and your pride for your boys. You could have chosen an easier path. You chose to love them more instead. You are a super star. As a single mother to a boy for his first 9 years, I know what it's like. YOU are awesome. The struggles you have overcome to become the woman you are now. You are a super star. We have all gone through smuggles in life, some harsher than others. It's what we are when we come out the other side that says the most. You are a shining star and pushing that darkness back. You are a warrior. Stay strong Sunshine. You have been hurt in life and have had to make difficult--and unwanted--decisions. You chose the higher path, even when you wanted to lash out and hurt "them" the way they hurt you. You are a super star. My first husband had antisocial personality disorder. He wasn't...nice. I know many of the hurts life can throw at us from him alone. I know how tempting retaliation can be. I also know the beauty of taking the higher (and more difficult) road and being the better person. You are incredible. I stumbled upon this not long ago and felt it suited me. Perhaps it suits you as well. (I don't know who wrote it unfortunately.) She has been broken. She has been knocked down. She has been defeated. She has felt the pain that most couldn't handle. She looks fear in the face. Year after year. Day after day. But yet, she never runs. She never hides. And she always finds a way to get back up. She is unbreakable. She's a warrior. She's me.

"Without women we would not be here." That statement is not true, evolution started on this planet without a single woman anywhere, or man for that matter. If your the religious type then humanity started with a man not a woman, not that I'm the religious type.

We worship our mother since the begining. Mongolian family has equal value to every gender, everyone have important role. Of course father is the boss, but mother is like the most valueble person in the family.
