Finally an honest review. Apple should be ashamed of this year's line up/marketing. Unless one has an older iPhone that's at the end of its lifecycle, why would anyone want to upgrade?

Some people may just be upgrading because their contract ended with their carrier. If someone isn't as tech interested, they won't even realize the phone has the ai features until that update. It's not even like that they care about the ai for the most part.

I have an iPhone 11 (actually that broke RIGHT before the release of the 16) so I really have a 10 rn, and after hearing ALLL this - I don’t even want to upgrade this year now! Like if all the cool features they advertised won’t be ready til damn near the release of the 17- and at that point I’ll be stuck with a 16 for another year if I switch now? Ugh wtf APPLE. Pathetic tbh

I don’t care much but once you start using it, you appreciate that you have it. Things I like so far: priority mail, notifications summary, text summarisation and the clean up in the photos app is also a nice bonus. I use these things daily (except the photo thingy).

I have a 16, less than a month old and it’s sitting at the service centre for repair. It would auto shut down and restart. The entire 16 series is plagued with problems! Apple better do Something about this garbage.

I upgraded to a 16 pro from a base model 13. She is very correct about most of these critiques. But I feel people who buy the newest iphone every year would be quite upset understandably by this years release and not getting apple intelligence right away. But for someone like me who just needed an upgrade i see no issue

I am still using iphone 13 pro max , its buttery smooth condition even now and will keep using it until its works. I dont care of AI in a small device iphone , i can properly work with my AI in my larget devices - macbook air m3 and my ipad pro M1 .

Should I get the 128gb iphone 15 plus instead of 16 plus because I don't care about ai and it's 200nzd(120usd) cheaper. But the problem is that the 15 plus is probably worse at overheating like using the camera or just using it normally.

This video sucked. Complaining about Apple AI still? You knew Apple AI is going to be released later in Fall as Apple advertised before the release of the iPhone 16's. I knew this before before I bought the phone. Compared to last year's model, no big upgrade (as always). But from a iPhone11ProMax it was a nice big jump. The Camera Control button has not gottin in my way or in any other way at all. I haven't accidentally pressed it. And it'll get updates in future iOS updates to make it better. Sorry for the rant but this video was just another disguised advertisement (like all the other 100000 other videos here) for other products. I've had my new iPhone16ProMax for the last month (since release) and this phone is absolutely phenomenal. Compared to my GamaxyS24 Ultra both are totally awesome for the technology they have. Return your phone if you don't like it. iOS+Andriod =❤
