The 2nd hulkout from this episode was better because David tries to save Mr. McGee's life but tht mean ass teenager shoots at David causing him to fall down into the bleachers and then turned into the Hulk!

Excellent protrayals of both Bill and Brenda,both in real life were in a stormy relationship at this time but they're acting were so great in this episode you couldn't tell.Great episode and just like the "Models, guilt and murder"episode in tone. Where the Hulk is believed to have killed somebody and David not remembering if he did or not.

Annie the woman who is having the visions when she touches David is Bill Bixby's first wife Brenda Benet. It's sad that behind the scenes they didn't have a great marriage on top of them eventually losing their son. They divorced the same year of this episode and Brenda took her own life 2 years later due to being so devastated by her son's death.

Cool Hulk-out! The effect of the foot busting out of the rubber boot is pretty good. I think the old-school effects are so much better than CGI. This is one of the best episodes and one of my favorites.

Sure he saves lives, yet The Hulk is very destructive. It didn't occur to me as a kid watching the show, but The Hulk smashes everything he sees!

And yet the Hulk's destruction has not led to any loss of lives. He may scare a lot of people....but at the end of the day the Huk is guided by David's humanitarian nature and will not kill anyone....even thise who mean David harm.

The clip I watched just before this one (also season 3) David spoke to a grieving father about the loss of a son. You could hear pain in his voice. It was the episode based around a circus.

That episode was Sideshow early 1980. Bix's son passed away over a year later in 1981.

So sad for them . Poor little Christopher Bixby RIP . I bless them all . Love the hulk when i was little kid . Lou was scary and the best hulk . Bixby i loved . In the shots with the doctors using the fire extinguishers (4:10 and 4:30), the boom mic used to be clearly visible near the top left of the screen. However, it appears to have been cropped out for this latest release. Not seeing it here caused a lot of confusion on my end, but when I went back to the older version of this episode the microphone was there again.

The only terrible thing that this TV show has left behind for the Hulk lore of the Marvel Universe is that, up until Thor Gagnarok unfortunately, Hulk has been Limited in his verbal skills. Which is ironic since he's one of the most boisterous and talkative people in comics
