Jose running and getting fit so he can keep his son safe made me well up. What a beautiful thing. Hope they both enjoy many races to come.

So inspiring!! Katherine Switzer is married to my former English lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand). They sometimes run our local park run.

I started running at 41. Ten years later I obtained my PB at Boston with 2:48:12 at age 51. Am I done? No, of course not! I can reflect on the characters of these stories. Thank you.

Love this, I am 57, ran Boston this year for the first time after qualifying last year by 9 mins, after 10 years of failure to make a dent in it until 2 years ago. Age is just a number, and goals don’t always have to be numbers….they can be running with friends, sunrises…etc…….which improves you numbers without any stress!

THANK YOU!!!!! So inspiring and timely as i am 55, a jogger HOWEVER, i broke my calcaneus in January this year, then wiped out on my bike in August and broke my hip (total hip replacement) and thought I'm done with jogging. NO I'M NOT!!!!! With God's help and from this documentary, I will!!!

I'm 56 and started running at age 51! I don't use a coach, but, today now run ultra-marathons. And went from a 32 min 5K to a 27:30 min 5K. Went from a 2:35 min half marathon to a 2:13 min half marathon. They say you only get slower with age. I haven't seen that in my experience!! Maybe someday I will be slower, hopefully that doesn't happen for a while, but for now I'm still kicking b*tt in my own way!!
