Sean, thanks for sharing this. It's a blessing to know that there are creators out there who hold down a full-time job while working on their channel. I'm working hard on creating a strategy that works for me, and going through the VRA details has helped me identify those areas I need to work more on. Thanks, Harold

Let's not beat around the bush: working full time as well as growing a KZbin channel It's tough. Specially if you have family and kids. However, Sean's videos have been a great source of not only inspiration but pratical tips that I have been implementing in my own journey. Im still very small , nano size even, but I have big goals, patience, dedication and time to run this marathon called KZbin 😊😊

Great video I subscribe to both of their channels! I really like the tip about rewarding those who help you by sacrificing something so you can do what you need to do. This is definitely a power tip. My grandson often has to be quiet or wait until I finish videoing before he can do some thing, even though he loves the fact that I am videoing there are sacrifices. He makes as well. My husband is always sacrificing by shooting videos for me when I can’t be on site. My husband also answers all of the leads that come through. I think it would be really nice for me to do something special for them to show my appreciation.

Thank you for this inspiring video! I am a VRA member and am on my 5th month, and learning so much about myself and my passion! My favorite tip is boundaries, and batch filming and if they can do it, so can I. (I’m their generation also)

Thank you so much ladies! The goals I set for myself are the same as many of yours just for a different niche and it’s good to know that someone else has been down the same path and made it; especially after the theme of the video I watched before this one was ‘give up what you love and make videos on subject you don’t like so you can go viral and get monetized’. So yeah this was a nice palette cleanser.

The videos I work on tend to be bigger projects. Last was 25mins, my current one is looking to be about 35mins. Looking at ways to speed up the process but the main thing is just sorting my systems and staying consistent. It can be extremely difficult to do the latter but planning helps significantly. Preparation is key.

It's not the busy. It's the topic. If you have to go out and prove your concept in the field? Time needed expands exponentially - like when you have a FLY FISHING channel!

I love listening to this podcast while driving. But it's really frustrating trying to hear. The audio on Spotify is extremely soft. Please edit it a bit louder? All my other podcasts and songs play at a fine (sometimes it even feels too loud) but this podcast I play at max volume and still struggling to hear
