This is definitely the best wah in existence. Doesn't have weird ass frequency peaks like crybaby and vox style wahs, has the range control, the bass mode, and now doesn't have to have a terrible bypass!

I have no friggin clue wah t I'm doing lol. This will be my first wah pedal. I have absolutely no idea how to work it. You sort of step on it while playing and try to time it in a way that sounds good I guess? What cables to I need with it? How's it hook into the amp? Like a reg guitar input jack? I'm such a moron when it comes to this stuff. I just wanna play can't stop and have it sound funkier lolz. I'm sure I'll figure it out. Being a nube on pedals is lame but I'm getting it : )

Why'd they put the bulky metal toggle for the bypass instead of a simpler one like the bass switch? It's annoying that toggle sticking out

I got my v3 and it is pretty hard to turn on sitting but it’s easy to turn on standing but the problem is that it’s so hard to tell if it pushed the button cause it’s so damn small and quiet. Feel free to ask me anything else about the pedal.

Does the depth still boost a lot of volume as well like the WH10V2 did?

there's a bit of a boost on this one, yes. Not as much controlled by the depth knob, but overall when the pedal is turned on - I do notice a volume boost in my signal

It's actually just the WH10 in front of a Victory Amps V30 head with a SM57 on the cabinet. Not much to it, we try to keep it simple and direct.

hey man, i wanted to hear v3 and many thanks to you to do this demo, i got one question for you john said that, he only play on v1 because reissue version v2 doesn`t compare the original sound v1, what about this v3? it sounds similar v1 or v2?

I mean - if you're John Frusciante and you have the means to keep a stable of dozens of original WH10s in your collection and up to par - like many professional guitarists I'm sure they would rather use the 'original'. The V3 definitely gets closer to the V1 than the 2, and we appreciate the addition of the true bypass/buffered bypass toggle on the 3 that keeps your signal path strong!

The wh10v2 had a few filter capacitors that were Not in the original. This made it sound a little darker than the original Does the v3 have them or is it exactly like the original? Because I was disappointed with my v2 sound and sold it. Is the v3 spot on?

Why are you going out of your way to play RHCP riffs that never featured the WH10, when there are ample examples of him using purely the wah? Would’ve been much better for a proper demo.

For fun! Out of the thousands of Chili Peppers live shows I've watched and listened to, John would throw the WH10 on whichever parts he liked. The wah is really great, and I wanted to play it over my favorite parts. Yes, there could have been more accurate sections of songs, but this is what I played.

@@lukabanovic2937 I just don't rate him as a guitarist. Boring Hendrix rip offs and lame white 'funk'. I actually think Dave Navarro was better in that band. RHCP is just one of those bands.. Every time I hear one of their songs( especially californication) I want to jump in a drum filled with horse manure just to escape it. I'd say the main problem is Anthony Kiedis. Hope that answers your question
