There is something romantic about only having one chance. Your only shot to be among the greats or be forgotten forever. And we all are suckers for a good underdog story. Another unexpected champion of the 2010s is Oliver Zaugg. The man who won one race in his career, but he made it count. Loved the music mixing in this one.

Nice video. I was at the start. Chilly, raw, wet conditions but very little rain and certainly no snow. Nothing like the ice and winds they were about to face later that morning. If my memory serves me, it did snow later that night and into the next morning in Milan.

If Boonen was contesting Flanders and Paris Roubaix that year it would be 100% understandable why he would not come back out

Interesting prononciation of Cipressa, Poggio and (hilariously) penultimate! But I’m only kidding, great video! Thanks a lot

A Sagan victory certainly wouldn’t have made the bookies happy lol. They were much happier with an outsider winning. Loved the video tho 👍🏼

Gerald Ciolek wasn't the biggest rider but has 31 pro-wins so I wouldn't say he didn't win a lot. A lot of pro riders win nothing during their career. Nevertheless it's a nice video.

You did a great job with this video except its km not miles. Regardless, the content was great and I'm gonna give your channel a shot. I watched this video and now I'm moving on to thw Andy Schleck video. Are you a cycling channel cos I'm seeing a video about NASCAR and other stuff. If you are a cycling channel I'll stick around. I'm jist not interested in any other sports😉 Cheers 🤘🏻🇬🇧

I really dont like vids like this. You could say I f-ing hate them! When 50% of the vid is digression. 4 mins of bla bla bla and then the actual race in 2013.
