I grew these. I had a ton of them plus other chilis. I smoked them with mesquite wood, finely chopped them after removing the skin and most of the seeds, and mixed it with raw garlic, salt, a little citric acid, and olive oil. Made a mind blowing tapenade!

I struggle to describe Baccatum flavor to people that arent as adventurous or excited by peppers. Ill have to start describing it as "melon" and see how that goes over 😂.
