That makes sense except for the fact that he's called OLD MAN consequences and crying child is...well, a child. Also the reason Henry could be speaking to Cassidy is to finish what he started. Meaning, to put an end to the whole thing like he tried to do in pizzaria simulator. He tried to burn all the souls left by William and William himself but Cassidy was the one who wouldn't accept that and wanted MORE revenge. So this would be him trying to convince Cassidy to let it go once and for all.

I actually think he's right, I mean where did Henry go after FNaF six? The FNaF book actually said he carried many dark secrets to his grave. Where did Henry go after that? It's been a while.. he's probably old by now. I've thought of this theory before. And Henry didn't drown GF. Golden Freddy actually commit suicide to escape his consequences. Glitchtrap was made by William's (and very possibly Cassidy's) soul being ported onto the Freddy Fazbear's Virtual Experience game through old circuit boards they found. William then turned into Glitchtrap and Cassidy (possibly) turned into the Princess. So yes, Glitchtrap was uploaded onto Buntrap to regain control, but William isn't dead. Also in UCN you play as William in the hell that Cassidy created for him after the FNaF 6 fire, so he wasn't fully dead yet.

Henry would be the one keeping William at bay, ucn is William aftons heck, when he says keep him to his demons, he is saying to not let him free, but no matter what happens William always reincarnated himself even through another person, yes Henry being in heck makes sense, since he played a big role in William aftons murder by helping him create the animatronics, so in a sense if he is controlling Williams fate, it's his way of making sure he knows the suffering he put those kids through, but Henry did the right thing and freed the souls.. he sacrificed himself for many others, OMC could just be one of his victims that swore to never let him go kinda like Cassidy as she is the vengeful spirit, I don't know much abt him.. other than he could possibly be the one, no matter who he is, torturing William to death. Making sure he gets years and years of pain.. not like it lasts tho.
