Australia’s energy crisis idiocy isn’t about to end, it’s about to “get really weird", says Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“All the politicians push renewables, the greener they are the more they push them,” Mr Kenny said.
“But it is dispatchable, reliable, affordable power they need, and that is coal.
“Just two years ago NSW treasurer was boasting about ushering coal out of the system.”

@EcoDemoSocio What upsets me is that these greens twits complain but have NO answers as to how to fix it when asked!!. I mean fix it so that the average person can still live their life as they have been without having to pay through the nose for it, then having to sit through blackouts in 2022. They all will set us back 500 years if we do not stand up to them. I am so happy that I will not be around to see what Australia will look like in 50 years. However my grand children will and that frightens me.

Understanding who we really are in this world, how we are all controlled by the 1%, a pyramid system of finance. Governed by corporate bodies under Admiralty Law and the Laws of Commerce(Maritime Trade).No matter which way we turn, complain, it all falls on deaf ears. What’s happened to the Magna Carta of 1215, Australia’s original constitution and our most powerful rights against these tyrants, our Bill of Rights? without a Bill of Rights there’s no Human Rights and the only power we have is to vote these A’holes into power because without us, they have nothing as we are only slaves to their system. The cornerstone to their power is that the 1% claimed this world under Maritime Law, the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666, done secretly behind closed doors in London in 1666, this also included the Canon Laws of the Vatican. Where we are right now in our existence within the Cestui Que Vie Act and Canon Law 2036 which clearly states: The original purpose of a Cestui Que Vie Trust was to form a temporary Estate for the benefit of another, because some event, state of affairs or condition prevented them from claiming their status as living, competent and present before a competent authority. Therefore, any claims, history, statutes or arguments that deviate in terms of the origin and function of a Cestui Que Vie Trust as pronounced by these Canons is false and is automatically null and void. A Cestui Que Vie trust may only exist for seventy (70) years being the traditional acceptable life of expectancy of the estate. Take note of the 70yrs Queens Silver Jubilee celebrations and the financial kaos we are presently in. Life expectancy of an Estate(humans) is seventy years, and why has the pension age been incremented for example if anybody born in 1955 that person would normally be eligible for the aged pension at 65, but now that person has to wait an extra 18mths or 66yrs of age and 6mths to be eligible. We are all under the control of the Department of Human Resources. Does it sound ridiculous, it does, but it is true. Why do we have Trusts, Public Trustees ripping off people?

I viewed a clip the other day where our Prime Minister said that we could charge our Electric Vehicles at night with solar power. Need I say more?????. . He did not speak about batteries, just using solar power at night. Even if you used batteries with your panels, the average home would not be able to generate enough power by solar to power its own needs as well as an Electric Vehicle. You would probably need 3-4 batteries (cost $10K each) which would require a LOT of panels to do so - assuming if you drained 75% of the EV battery each day.

The millennial age group 25 to 44 in the US experienced an 84% INCREASE in excess mortality rates and that was just into last fall!! Worst ever excess mortality rate in history and those increases mirror the implementation of mandates and boosters!! And to put numbers on that starting in the summer and into the fall of 2021 with those mandates and boosters there was 61 THOUSAND EXCESS millennial deaths! 58 thousand US troops were killed in the Vietnam war so essentially you've had a Vietnam war happen to this age group! And all before the end of 21. Wait until the data keeps flowing in. But you won't care because CNN or some mainstream media outlet didn't tell you so it's not true. Not even the ex Chief Scientist and VP of Pfizer International ,Michael Yeadon, who has been saying since leaving Pfizer that this V was dangerous and hadn't been tested properly would convince you even though late last year after being attacked in the media by the typical globalist vermin was vindicated when Pfizers secret research and approvals findings into this V were leaked showing they absolutely knew about the serious health issues resulting from their dirty shot. For Christs sake the FDA even went to court in Texas urgently requesting that FOIA's requesting information into the V would take 55 years! From the BS lies that this came from the wet market ( Oh that's right FAUCI not only requested the gain of function testing in WUHAN to MAKE the virus HE FUNDED IT AS WELL!!) to all the criminality around the V this entire episode was man made. Australia consumes 250,000 GWh of energy every year. The energy storage capacity of Snowy Hydro 2 scheme is 350GWh. Even if we assume we need to store 10% of the requirement, we need to build 71 Snowy hydro schemes. Remember that Snowy 2 is only connecting two existing reservoirs by tunnels to achieve this storage at a cost of an estimated $10billion (including connection to the grid) and will take a total of 9 years (2017-2026) to complete. If you were to build two new reservoirs and connect them, the would be several fold for just one scheme. Imagine the cost and time scale for 71 Snowy 2 type projects with new reservoirs. Australia has HUGE amounts of coal reserves. Australia is a major coal exporter. Lets use our coal to generate power at a lower cost and forget this green bullshit before it bankrupts the country. The elephant in the room that absolutely no one talks about is this; With the possible exception of dams, all solar, battery, and wind infrastructure has a working life of about 15 years, after which the entire cost of the project has to be paid for all over again to replace it all. let alone the cost of dismantling and disposing of all those non bio-degradable, and usually toxic, components. To top all this, with the proposed advent of electric vehicles needing charging every night, the added load on the grid and demand for extra power will crash the system which is barely coping now. At the recent election, 68% of Australians deliberately voted against this government, yet here we are. And the Liberals deliberately handed power to Labor.

And since Australia has a lot of renters. Who's going to put solar panels on their home? I don't think the government will rebate solar panels more than once. And I highly doubt people landlord will cover the cost of solar panels for the renters home. Solar panels and batteries aren't cheap. And every few years you have to change the batteries that will cost a few thousand dollars each. And if the Solar panels not maintained they have a good chance of catching fire.as many have been a nightmare for some businesses and residential homes in the US. I think Solar power systems are okay if you have the cash to buy new batteries every few years but who can do that. Maybe some people but not all. Some people struggle to even service their cars let alone come up with $6000 for new batteries for their house.. it's not really a good solution for reliable energy. Sources. Wind turbine power you need a lot of wind for it to be reliable. On a still day it won't produce any power. And need a lot off them to just generate enough electricity for just a average size town. Re Pumped Hydro: It isn't a form of power generation. It's a form of power storage. Politicians forget that. The very name pumped hydro means just that - masses of electrical energy is used to pump a liquid (water) from a low point to a high point. Then, when a quick boost is needed, the water is allowed to flow through a hydro generator back to that low point. We're talking zero gains in electricity and instead we see losses through energy conversion. Such schemes in the UK provide just a few minutes of instant electricity to help bolster the National Electricity Grid when surges happen such as the whole nation returning home and cooking food/having a shower etc. For any government minister to include such a thing as pumped hydro as a form of power generation is not just wholly misleading, it's a damned lie.
@totaramgandhi5117
@totaramgandhi5117 2 жыл бұрын
It's not generation. It is storage, but if it includes flowing water like a river and a dam it could include generation. Too hard for you to grasp I suppose.
@calvinpurdy2668

Having worked as an electrician at a pump storage power station in South Africa, I feel I need to educate you in how they operate. What you say is true in as much as the water is let down a huge tunnel and over the turbines and into a lower dam. Late at night, after the peak, the same generators are used as electric motors and the water is pumped back up into the top dam. BUT HERE IS WHAT YOU HAVE MISSED. The power used to pump the water back up, is "off peak" power which is bought at a much cheaper rate than the power that is sold at " peak time". Also during winter when there is an abundance of rain, the water in the lower dam is not pumped back up, but discharged into the sea. This makes for a very profitable power station. If you care to google the Steenbras Power Station, you might realise that your rant is a little silly.
@totaramgandhi5117
@totaramgandhi5117 2 жыл бұрын
@@calvinpurdy2668 What is silly? Any excess renewable generation is always cheap - it has a marginal cost of almost zero. Do you understand that? Using it to pump water back up is always profitable. As an electrician, you assume you are an electrical engineer - tough luck, it's not so simple.

Solar panels ain't cheap found this 200 watt 12 volt triple fold out panel assembly for about 300 bucks. 200 watts of 12 volt power ain't much next to what is required to power up one small house.. Heck, the hot water heater alone consumes 4000+ watts 240 vac everytime it energizes those top and bottom elements. Even my led 42" TV consumes 344 watts at 120 ac volts. When you factor in the fridge or that AC, that's when these panels fall short. Draw backs you bet for these solar panels only produce 12 volts of dc power that must be converted to AC using an inverter? Thus, this turning that 200 watts into very little 120 ac amps. That means it will take many more of these panels or much larger ones to meet just 30% of my maximum power needs...

Not just it's not cheap. If you want full dependable power you be looking at a tesla solar system for around $14000 to $16000. With about 2 or 3 batteries per home. Every 3 and half years you will need to change the batteries costing you around $8000 to replace. Also the solar panels need to be maintained or they can catch fire. This already happened to many businesses and residential homes in the US . Even though. Australia might be able to get insurance. I don't think the government going to rebate everyone more than once getting solo panels put on. . And since Australia have a lot of renters that don't even own their homes. Who's going to give them solar power. The owners might but charge them an extra 200 a week more in rent. Oh you want get no electricity bill. Just a big fucking rent bill

Exactly the same for a big system. You need backup, fast response, gas turbine generators of standby for when the sun don't shine and the wind don't blow. Pumped hydro is only a big battery and will not help if the wind don't blow for a few days, or if it is cloudy for a few days. Cloudy means virtually no solar power. When you factor in the need for all the fossil fuel backup generators on standby, and extra network costs, solar and wind are the MOST EXPENSIVE power you can make. This is reality.

I'd love to see a serious costing on all this so called green energy, against what we had in abundance, coal. By the time you factor in the very expensive cost of green energy like wind turbines, huge cost to build and transport, only produce power in a very narrow window, too much wind they cease to produce power, not enough wind same thing. Also with solar panels I saw a scientist explaining that the making of the panels, in itself is a serious polluting exercise. Plus as we know many greenies who bang on about climate are major polluters themselves, Al Gore is notorious for this. Just the heating of one of his swimming pools, used the same amount of electricity (coal powered btw) as nearly 200 family homes in the area a year. Or the British dude Lineker, lecturing us all about our power usage whilst driving a petrol fueled 6 liter V8 sports Mercedes. Or the DAVOS gang, who broke the record recently for the amount of private jets at this airport at the same time. Normal travel is for peasants, Klaus Schwab and all the other heads of these unelected world organizations are too good to travel like everyone else, no it's private jets only for these carers of the planet

wind and solar are the cheapest forms of energy production the real challenge at the moment is storage. The advantage of these technologies is that you don't have to continually buy fuel so the price of fuel and have price spikes from the cost of these commodities. The panels are made in China so you don't have to worry about pollution in Australia but if you build a new fossil fuel plant, that pollution remains here. The real energy problem is that the last government that was pro-coal didn't even build a new coal-powered plant, where is the new energy production?
