Thanks Pete for the reminders :) Its basic but often times I have given less priority to it. Theres nothing like building a strong foundation first in the client's exercise program because it leads to more activation of the core muscles and muscles for daily activities. It also creates muscle balance plus more calories are burned. Hope you can have another video of this for exercise with not much eqpt. for clients staying at home because of the pandemic situation.

extremely helpful and instructive: I have to get back a lot of lost muscle and core balance while finishing up my doctorate in chinese medicine and completing my black belt exam in shotokan karate and running 2022 nyc marathon, thanks for the effective short list of helpful exercises!
