The importance of astrology in Thai culture

In many cultures, fortunetelling is dismissed as a form of superstition. But in Thailand, astrology plays a prominent role, touching nearly all walks of life.

I think this is awesome! I recently did my astrocartography and I keep seeing Bangkok in my Jupiter Midheaven. My midheaven is fatally in Aquarius. I did not know until today that Bangkok and Thailand believes in astrology and many of the things I love! Makes so much sense.

It’s from India as is all Thai culture and it’s not supposed to be a guide it’s meant to tell you what’s going to happen without your choice or input

If all Thai culture was from India it would be just like India….there’s a lot of major connections between the two….but also major differences from the other influences around the region (Chinese, Malay, Khmer etc.)
