Hello Laura & Kristen! Great topic ladies and so important! I have health issues and movement is not so easy and almost impossible for me at times and then my health is even worse because of it. Find a way to push through and move your body and joints as much as you can every day. It helps you physically, emotionally and even spiritually. It's just plain good for you. Exactly! Kudos to you for pushing through. It can be so, so hard when it's so physically challenging, but that's when our mental game has to be stronger than our limitations, I suppose! Thank you so much for this very kind comment

VERY insightful pod today ladies! I know when I finally started getting up and moving again... even just a little bit, EVERYTHING was so much easier! Endorphins are nature's high!!
