It may not be the tallest building in the world anymore but when you're on that observation level you feel like you're on top of the world

Why is the background music so loud? Sometimes it's quite hard to even understand what the people are sayin

I visited NYC in November, 2006, and I got to the ESB before sunset so that I observed Manhattan during the day and into the night, when I could see the lights flashing out of Times Sq like as a juke box, and I overheard an Englishman telling his date where the Titanic was supposed to dock in the Hudson River because of the water depth, and I was up there for two hours where I was able to wish farewell to NYC.

sound sucks. Were you trying to cover up the noise of the adult movie being made next door? How did this go unchecked

Shockingly, not one mention of the architecture! Art Deco masterpiece.

I'm from Boston but the empire state building will always be my favorite skyscraper, to me it's a symbol of America. 🇺🇸

Surprised you missed: (1) The 103rd floor. The blimp segment actually showed it with people standing outside on the balcony of said 103rd floor. (2) The proposal of tearing down the spire to make a much bigger one to retain the title of "World's Tallest Building". I believe it was in the 70s.

The film crew should have come back and filmed the outside shots on a nicer day. Hazy as all get out.
