Raising the shop range to 0 to 500 means that ~60% of the randomized shop items will be in the 200-500 range.

there's such a high probability of an impossible seed now... for example if a boss key requires a small key to reach, and the dungeon's keyring is later in the dungeon chain. Or if the fire boss key is behind a hammer check, and hammer is later in the dungeon chain. Or if hammer was 500 rupees, and wallets were later in the dungeon chain. Not to mention there's a decent probability of two boss keys being dropped by their respective bosses. Having such limited access to later dungeons creates a lot of impossible situations.

BK skips should be maxed 1-2 per seed, so u can choose when you want to use them, but once those 1-2 are gone you lose the option and must search for keys
