@@N0vA_ISR They're amazing, really. Start off with Dean Town, then Disco Ulysses. They're their best instrumentals in my opinion. Vulfpeck mostly focuses on keyboard and bass based funk, but they're basically all in this other band (under Vulf's mantle) called The Fearless Flyers, which focuses more on guitar and bass. Both bands have Grammy-awarded and nominated musicians and yet feel indie in the most awesome way possible. Couldn't recommend them more to you

For other actual drummers out here: the low volume cymbals make excellent stacks on chinas and they're also great to use as a hihat top, gets rid of all the ring and hum so it's really dry and crisp.

I will say that I purchased his drum kit that he mentioned at the end, and no joke, it is an awesome kit. Majority of the samples I didn’t have before, and unlike other kits, it’s actually useable. I’d give it a 9/10, and for a price point of $20, I honestly think it’s worth it.

I feel like the problem for digital composers isn't understanding that you need specific samples or variations of it, the problem is having access to a good sample library and/or choosing between them. Searching sample packs for free and filtering the good out of the bad is a huge time consuming painful process. Or you have to pay a lot of money.
