Triathlon is a multi-disciplinary sports event based on three main categories swimming, cycling, and running. Triangulation of these three games is the classic version of the Triathlon. These sports are completed in different ways, such as the sprint, Olympic, long-distance, and Ironman formats. Swimming, cycling, and running are providing us active and healthy effects as well as fun and happiness.
