Even though we yet to see the rest of the episodes this is one of my favourites out of the others that are yet to come and this scene was one of the best moments along with the lions hunting the seabirds and maybe the seal that got eaten didn’t see the shark coming and seeing the seals chasing the great white away reminds me of when buffalo defends them selves from lions

Yeah. 1, What the shark is to the seal is the seal to the smaller fish. Do the smaller fish drive the seals back to the rocks, too ? 2, How many seals ? Is there enough seals per shark ? 3, What could a bunch of seals do with a great white ? They look angry at him ? 4, How I saw the great white had the problem not being able to catch the seals. Seals were faster in each case shown. If the seals gather around the shark, they can be caught much more easily. I think that would be the trick. Why does the moderately intelligent shark just swim away ? Eat, d@mmy. That's your job here. (Maybe it just entices them to the deeper water.)

They might look cute but seals have teeth and jaws as powerful and sharp as a big dog. A pack of 30 or so nipping at your tail is going to give any predator second thoughts. Easier to go find something less well defended to eat.

Easier to go find something less well defended to eat ..."_ Yeah. I was thinking that maybe the shark should know it better than I do, but who knows, maybe it's just some kind of psychology. They just play with the fish. If it would turn back to them, they would be just swimming food kept warm in fur. It'd be a world collapsing in me if that'd turn out that the fish whose skin can cut, whose jaws can crush anything should run from a bunch of fur - sacks without legs.

This was Clickbait, even though it said seals rip out great white sharks throat in an article. I didn’t see that anywhere, although the seals drove the shark away, they did not Rip the throat of the shark as the article suggested

I saw the entire episode and, despite being trully awesome in terms of animal behaviour, seriouslly, BBC should have keep for this the camera crew from Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II and Seven Worlds/One Planet. Hope the upcoming episodes of Planet Earth III looks better and trully shows the majestic nature and wonder of Planet Earth series, because "Coasts" was a massive disappointment and not even feel like Planet Earth. 😞
