I have had the pleasure of going to Nuuksio several times. People who have never been there always remark how beautiful it looks in pictures, and I tell them that they need to see it for themselves because it is, in truth, more beautiful than the pictures.

Great vlog! I like watching your adventures. I'm American but planning to move to Finland next year. Any tips on getting a job there?

One way in to getting a job in Finland would be to do a university degree there. Finland has a fantastic education system, and there is loads of help and support, including for foreigners. If you already have a university degree, then you might try for a masters or doctoral degree.

@@cdl0 Thank you! That's a good idea. For me, I just spent 7 years paying off my bachelor degree and really don't want anymore student loans. I'm thinking of just something part time since my monthly expenses are minimal.

@@alejandrataylor8807 So, you could do a master or doctoral degree. In Finland you will likely be able to receive some support (look for various scholarship-type programmes) and things like accommodation and food are subsidised for students, plus at masters and doctoral level you can earn money teaching undergraduates. In fact, you will be obliged to do some teaching as part of career and personal development. It is not like America; you will see when you get there! Everything is very nicely done, and it "just works".
