I've been to CERN myself last year. I was there for 3 days during a school project. It is so insane place that I seriously would like to work there someday. I recommend everybody to visit there if possible if you have any background info on particle physics (Upper secondary/High school physics is enough)

Great video! I actually visited CERN in 2019 but not able to quench my thirst for all the mind boggling experiment underground. And I have been wrecking my brain to find a reason or excuse to visit the underground facilities. You are so lucky to get invited for the visit, in person. Ok this is beyond ridiculous I find it mind blowing how just 100 years ago this wasn’t even a twinkling in anyone scientist eye. But what really is mind blowing is humans came up with this. The amount of mind power to do this is fantastic. I wish I was more capable of using math and physics unfortunately it isn’t a strong suit of mine I struggle with basic math but I find this so interesting I watch just because. Your so gifted along with your colleagues to be able to do this and understand how it works.

Nice Video and Really great that you had the chance to go there! I was there with physics class during the shutdown 2012 shortly after the discovery. The big experiments are soooo awesome to experience up close! We even saw Peter Higgs in the cantina with a film team :D.

I'm sure you already know what data the write head or hold the drive asssumes it will be available back. Sometimes it is. Very rarely it isn't. Just machines, error glitches and unexpected happens.
