The Morchang from Rajasthan, India is a fascinating and ancient mouth resonated musical instrument. This one in particular was brass sandcastle in the ancient method by Ghorka Ram, or Rajasthan India.

This musical instrument was used in a sequence from a movie called goopi gayen bagha bayen. This movie was made by the legendary maestro satyajit ray! And during a ghost dance sequence, this musical instrument was used to weave an intricate melodious and visual treat! We bengalis can identify this tune almost instantly!😊

in this one, and the so called pakistani 'chang' too, you can hear some hints of the sitar and tanpura! because all 3 three are rooted in the same principal and place... but i must say this, the one you've managed to find is absolutely beautiful! i hadn't seem such a variant yet😊

I've seen a musical group called Otyken that uses a similar instrument. They are indigenous Russians, however they are not Slavic, they are Turkic. Our Eskimoos came across the Bering Strait, they stayed in Siberia. They also use throat singing that I associate more with Mongolian or Nepalese music
