Coteaz is an inquisitor of the Ordo Malleus. The Militant arm of the Ordo is *insert drumroll* the Grey Knights. Since this is Chaos related, I really hope GW involves the Grey Knights and delves more into their relationship with the Inquisition. We need better representation of this dynamic after the low blow that was the months of Shame. The Grey Knights seriously need a high diff W after we got babyshaked twice by the return of Angron. After Angron killed the Grandmaster of the 4th Brotherhood Drystann Cromm in the Arks of Omen campaign, I also really hope when the GK codex drops that Hyperion (From the Emperors Gift novel) is promoted to Grandmaster. He's currently the commander of the Augurium of Titan (as mentioned in Angron: the red angel novel) and the grandmaster of the 4th Brotherhood is usually called the Keeper of the Augurium. Would be great if GW seizes this opportunity.

Ha, the Pariah Nexus is not new. It was part of the whole ''Psychic Awakening'' that started like... 4 years ago? And it was never fully resolved. Inquisitor Draxus and the Daemonifuge are still there, along with a whole bunch of Necrons. That's just the way GW does things.Hype something up, sell some models, move on to something else and leave everything half baked.

@@Nikolaos_Thessalos interesting take. I like both the Iron Hands and the Iron Warriors, but as far as which is more boring.... They are pretty freaking similar... Idk is it the stripes? The stripes are what does it for u? Story wise... The Iron Hands are like the tragic whipping boys of the loyalist chapters. Their once great and powerful chapter gets betrayed by their closest allies and their Primarch is the first to die in the Herasey, which makes the survivors basically go a bit insane. They become the most grimdark chapter with their body dysmorphia and horrific techno horror body modification, their cold and callous treatment of basically everyone including themselves, and the dichotomy of the cold logic of the machine with the underlying illogical hate and anger at everyone and everything. And then the Iron Warriors ...are good at attacking fortresses. And dying in massive numbers and not being thanked for it so they get mad and turn traitor and then die in massive numbers again and not get thanked for it again and just leave the party because nobody appreciates them. I kinda think the IW are boring IH. Except for the stripes.

Calling it now, the mystery custodes character is really Moloc from the minotaurs, been saying it since i saw the model, he uses a modified custodes spear with the single shot beam weapon! Minotaurs are controlled by the inquisition and will be deployed against Vashtorr

Fulgrim comes out = EC refresh The Khan comes back with some Dark Eldar range refresh from Vashtorr shenanigans in the webway Then Dark mech comes out with Perturabo and then Dorn comes back into the fold and gets the Talon of the emperor as a hand replacement and we get a kickass 11th/12th edition :) Just my theory for GW to make a lot of money and bringing the lore along nicely.

Maybe we'll see Vashtorr inserting himself into the Necron conflict? As a master of technology, he could easily play a role in the Silent King's desire to restore the Necrons to flesh, and it'd be great if GW actually let Chaos and Xenos interact beyond the Eldar hating Chaos. As it is, it seems like the only role any other xenos races have in any Chaos storyline is to play spoilers for one side or another.

I can see a few things happening here. G-man and The Lion will meet and fight together and mend old feuds. The Lion will be named Lord Protector. I also think in this battle there will be a temp alliance between the Imperial forces and the necors to defeat and repel vashtor and the wyrmwood. I wonder if Guilliman given his statesmen disposition will work out a beneficial relationship with the Necrons. Reason being the Imperium needs to deal with the great Rift and the Necrons have the tech to do that. Will be interesting to see how it plays out but will be fun to say the least. I wonder if this opens the return for Jagathai. I don't recall but wasn't Vashtor and Abaddon in the webway searching? I could see Jagathai seeing this and trailing them out of the webway

Ya know, just a few things I’m wondering: We know that Guilliman is essentially one of the main characters rn in the story line. Wyrmwood’s intro in the lastest Lion novels was grandiose enough to remain in the setting instead of just getting torn apart by the warp (spoilers!! It’s Caliban). I have a feeling that wyrmiban will be sieged by the Imperium and the Dark Angels will come along, but I wonder if the writers will start unraveling the secrets of the Dark Angels right then and there, and reveal corrupted Caliban to the wider Imperium forces, as well as (perhaps) Fallen elements in the Black Legion? Maybe just the Planet itself is a glaring reminder of what once was, so the DA would opt to sunder it from orbit instead of risking an assault on the surface?? Food for thought.
