The INSANE Power of Cumber! (Dragon Ball Heroes)

Cumber is one of the recent additions to the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime, and is a powerful one at that! He initially seemed to just be another typical Saiyan villain, but turned out to be far stronger than we might have thought! Jiren the Gray, Beerus the God of Destruction, and Broly seemed like worthy contenders for the strongest antagonist within Dragon Ball Super, but Cumber stands far beyond their power. Even a post-Tournament of Power Super Saiyan Blue Vegito with Kaioken stood no chance against this evil powerhouse of a Saiyan.
So, the question is, how strong really is Cumber? Is he truly the most powerful antagonist within Heroes thus far? Could he possibly rival the power of the Angels, and does Fu, the son of Mira and Towa, hold a candle to him? Find out the answers as I go over several feats, statements, and scaling to decipher where Cumber truly ranks amongst the gods and angels alike!

Oh, for those that are clearly unlike the Flash. Obviously, I am referring to Cumber possibly being Xenoverse/Heroes Angel tier with the god forms. Since even Base Goku in Xenoverse is more powerful than Canon Zeno. In the Fu video, I will break down how Cumber logically also scales above Xeno Goku and characters like that. Both Sailor Cosmos and Chaos could solo all of Dragonball Super, but the Lambora state senshi (their highest forms) are around 1st Omen Goku level and Sailor Galaxia is equal to Beerus and 3rd Omen Goku. 3. Team Urameshi, Yomi and Mukuro at their peak are around Namek arc Base Goku level. Peak Raizen is about 10x that level.

Originally there were 2 types of saiyans the good ones and evil ones, a civil war broke out and the good ones lost even though they had Yamoshi by their side, the Civil war caused the planet to be destroyed, so the surviving evil saiyans left victorious, and settled on planet plant which was later named planet Vegeta after the Saiyans killed the Tsufurians

Chuck, have you read God of High School? It has some really impressive fights but I never see anyone try and power scale it
