Yeah I think you are right TDK would be a really interesting In-verse matchup. And for marvel maybe Mad jim Jaspers or God Doom could be fun to breakdown. Another interesting In-Verse match could be Arion, since both have a connection to the Great Darkness in some way. The DarkWorld which Arion gets most his power from is actually a shard I believe of the Great darkness if I remember correctly.

I’m not going to pretend like I’ve read a lot of Pariah, but whenever I do I hate when Pariah is the big bad in the story. He’s just boring, and it’s hard to imagine him being able to handle even a fraction of the Great Darkness’ power without getting overwhelmed.
