Walking wake and iron leaves also are pretty valuable due to being event mons. If you setup a farm method like I did in the last event, you can get an infinite amount of them by just spending an hour on the new sv save data.

@@crimsonraptor67 You can make multiple accounts on a single switch. Using the save data with the vent paradoxes as a server console, you can link to a second switch with save data of scarlet or violet. From there the games can connect and you may do the saved event raid with the non-server account so long as you've unlocked the bike legend of the game. In the previous scenario, I was suggesting a person with this ability, such as myself, could play an hour into the game to take best advantage of this method.

What you also can do which takes a lot of time is play through the game again on a second profile getting you a 2nd legendary and offer that works very well for living dex

Back in X/Y, the ORAS games, and Sun and Moon, I had both copies of each set of the games. That made getting multiple legendaries super easy, yet time consuming, and also helped me shiny hunt on one game while playing another game through normally. Also having a cheap 2ds to be able to transfer pokemon between the games with my main 3ds XL helped a ton. Unfortunately I'm missing a 3ds cartridge with a few of my rare legendary or shiny pokemon on it but I got most of my past pokemon sent up to Home through Bank.

Ended up finding some of my missing mons I was looking for. Found them in the Pokepelego or however it is spelled on Sun and Moon. It was confusing because they don't show up at all unless you check specifically in the mini game itself.

Oh yeah, that is another super popular one! I think it is due to the rarity of some of its forms. The Pharaoh Trim one is DEFINITELY the one I see as the current rarest. :)

spinda is a tricky one, due to it having millions of spot combinations pokemon company decided to make it untransferable with the bdsp update. your only choice is to find it in the GTS

Yeah, Spinda is definitely a unique one when it comes to HOME! I think Nincada also has some limitations for some games due to how it evolves with Shedinja and Ninjask having the same stats.

Yo yo! :) The TM icon is a newer feature for changing a Pokemon's moves via Home specifically. When checking serebii.net here is their description. - "When you place a Pokémon from your Pokémon HOME box into a box in the game, it will gain a special orange icon until you exit out of HOME. With Pokémon with this icon, you can then change their moves. Change moves allows you to select any moves it can learn up to its current level, including any moves it knew when hatched from an Egg or taught by a TM If the Pokémon is being sent from another game, it can also be re-taught moves that it learned in the source game, but only if it can also learn that move in the target destination game." Yo yo! Hmm, not sure! Did you catch it personally? And in what game? Tough to say, but they do have certain checks in place for the HOME app sometimes. If it is legit caught though, it should be transferable! Hope that helps!

@@robertbartlett4999 Ah ok! I think maybe the best plan of action here would be to try to acquire another Mewtwo from HOME (doesn't have to be shiny) to transfer to your Violet first. You can search for one in the GTS, and you want to make sure it is not a Mewtwo caught in Go. From there if you transfer that into Violet and save via HOME, it should register to your game and then you can also transfer the Mewtwo from GO! I tried this method back with my Groudon for Sword and it worked, so hopefully this allows you to transfer that awesome Shiny Mewtwo! :D

Not yet! :/ They have not confirmed Melmetal to be transferable yet for the new games. But I am hoping the DLC will be like Sword and Shield's DLC and they introduce a new feature that allows for a ton of legendaries etc. like GMAX Raid Adventures!

Shiny Greninja is awesome!! One of my favorite shinies for sure! :D You may potentially be able to get a legendary such as Koraidon or Miraidon for it! (And then you could see what shinies you could get for one of those if you'd like!) Froakie was just a community day for Pokemon Go so a lot more people may be trading shiny Greninja's via HOME right now, but players who do not play Pokemon Go definitely still may trade for a shiny Greninja!

what about furfrou, I personally think they should ban furfrou from being traded to the gts unless it is a private trade. I get kind of sick of them flexing pokemon, and putting them in gts with impossible trades. like do you see me flexing my shiny arceus from an event do you. no, because I consider it a scummy thing to do. and yes I know, you can't put arceus in the gts but my point is still valid. also great video.

@@kodmaster98 I did say that you can't. my arceus came from brilliant diamond. shiny hunted it. it is actually not shiny locked. the only good thing about bdsp. of course you need to catch arceus in legend arceus. IN order to catch it in bdsp you get the azure flute every new save. and it took too many encounters to catch it but, luckily I had a master ball. also you need to beat bdsp to get it.

@@DerMotze Pokémon GO made all but one of the Furfrou forms available in September. Until then, it was impossible to obtain the forms in HOME, as transferring a Furfrou through Bank reset it to its natural trim. In addition, several of the forms are geographically locked-Pharaoh Trim, for instance, can only be obtained by a Pokémon GO player located in Egypt. As a result, any player pursuing a living form dex (without spoofing their Pokémon GO location) needs to use the GTS to trade for several of the forms. (Anybody asking for Heart Trim is either flexing or wasting their time, however; it's impossible to obtain it for the time being.)

It does help if you have some extra shiny Pokemon or extra legendaries from past games. If not though, yeah it can take some time to catch them unfortunately. :/ But once you get a few in HOME it does really pick up quite quickly! :)
