I've encountered too many jingoist testimonies in the comments section written by Chinese students in the West attacking their host countries. Edit: On the other hand, dehumanizing the West will be that much more difficult for students who lived here. Seeds of mutual understanding are planted, though the CCP is effectively poisoning the soil. My concern is that the STEM students are taking their knowledge acquired here to be used against us. Maybe access to hard sciences should be curtailed, while keeping an open door for the humanities.
