Hi Dani, Im 26, I recently ended a year long on and off "relationship" due to being so emotionally drained. Always a charming individual, like you say.. affectionate, always there for you.. in your case it was 6 months of affection.. for me it was 3 - 4 days of incredible communication, connection, love, peace... then it would switch and I would be needy.. too much.. putting too much pressure on him etc. I was like a grey, numb, alien? If that makes sense. I lost my self. Last week i ended it with him, well, we were at dinner and i found out that he has cheated on me multiple times with a woman who he was seeing for the past 4 years. I am broken right now, however, due to me having to build my self up about 10 times, due to him breaking me down so much , im so much stronger. This video was a great explanation that they have a hold on you, but it's important to realise our one life isnt for their benefit

Thank you for this. I had lived this life for a little over a decade. The person that you become in the relationship wasn’t overnight and it won’t be overnight for the healing. I had to learn to allow GRACE and MERCY into my life. My 1st step was buying oregano. He hated it and discouraged how I cooked because it wasn’t “black enough”. So I have every seasoning I can find to use in my dishes! And it started with Oregano. Small things mean so much. Prayers for healing. ❤

Hello You are 💯% correct. My mom was an alcoholic and she would never pay her children, including me any attention. Sad, but my mother had been thru a a lot as a child and my cousin that grow up w/ her. It’s deep. I definitely have children by men who are very narcissistic. They are just like my mom smh

Hey God bless, as a self-aware diagnosed narcissist, I watched your video and I'm not entirely sure if you're free from the relationship. But if you are free, you have saved yourself, as you stay with the narcissist, surely you know by now you face complete and utter annihilation, they were destroy you in every way imaginable. I don't know how I found your channel it just popped up randomly, I see you are a smaller content creator, but I think you have a very bright future, take care.
