Hi, can you list those herbs you mentioned in your video, please?

Hiya, most of the herbs I take are from the Buhner protocol - Cat's Claw, Japanese Knotweed, Cryptolepis, Black Walnut, Andrographis - Seeing a qualified herbalist is vital as herbs can interact with each other and dangerously with certain medications and there can be some contraindications. In the UK I would recommend Napiers as their herbalists know a lot about Lyme.

What other natural things do you do to keep your tics reduced?

The food sensitivity elimination is the main thing for me but also managing light sensitivity by wearing tinted glasses as fluorescent, flickering, and bright lights can trigger my tics. Addressing mould toxicity is important too as that can trigger inflammation and therefore trigger tics.
