Like im mainly thinking of Twitch and how they will (or at least would) ban accounts that accidently or invert any streamed illegal acts

ALSO, absolute TRASH content gets recommended a lot just because of people "engaging" with it... whether it's a negative comment, or thumbs down, YT sees it as a "hot topic", recommends it to more people, and the cycle continues... those are the vids w/ MILLIONS of views, where you're like "wtf is this sh1t?? and why did I have it recommended to me?" edit: 11:18 AI has been doing it for a while! WAY more than a lot of people realize... 3.5+ million vids per day uploaded to youtube alone.. that'd take a HELL of a lot of people to look through!
