When we installed a new machine in my factory and it was time for my shift to learn how to run it the dude that installed it explained the steps in a different language. Not joking, he was a hire from Denmark and did it all in danish to an all swedish crew *in Sweden.* It was also äss o'clock at night cuz we were the night shift and with all the other machines running. Because turning them off for five minutes to train your workers would cut into the company's profit. So it's äss o'clock, we've already worked several hours, it's loud AF because of the machinery and the dude is speaking another language and I still probably knew how to run the machine better than a new hire at Waffle House knew their code after this insane training video.
