Re:Tower 28 gloss, I love the thick, tenacious formula and find them genuinely hydrating. That being said, I owned 3 of them (chill and xoxo twice, so can’t speak for the milky shades) at different points in time over the last few years and these guys go off FAST. chill, the clear one, even turned blue tinted a couple of months after getting it. Just wanted to share my experience because I agree with the rating and your comment about tower28 products being reasonably priced, but as someone who owns a decent amount of lip products to pick from, these were not worth the price at all when considering cost per wear.

The Patrick Ta blush is definitely my favorite….you don’t even need a lot of it, like one or two dips into it is enough and it’s so beautiful. I have the shade She’s Vibrant and she is definitely vibrant.

That _Cover Girl Lipstain_ isn't really new. It may be new to "the internet", but they had something VERY, VERY MUCH like that back in the 90s (I think). It was probably before your time, Kelly 😉But even the packaging looks pretty much the same, only back in the day, it was shorter and fatter (kinda like me!) 😂 I loved it back then. I'll probably love it again. And yes, from what I can remember, it dried-out pretty quickly back then as well. The more things change, the more they stay the same... 🤔

As someone who was probably born when the product you’re talking about came out… it’s interesting hearing how cyclical trends are. Of course as a mid 20s lady with a marketing degree, trend cycles are something I knew of since my teen years but it sounds like they didn’t even improve any of the formulation which I assume there must be some kind of formulation discoveries over the years in the realms of makeup. Maybe there are some improvements but some things stay the same.

Try the quickie concealer as an all over product in the summer months. It gives my oily skin a matte finish for days when I just want to spot conceal, mascara, brows and GO!

Love the NYX bronzer as well. I've yet to find a bronzer that matches my skin tone as best as this. I do also wear it as a blush on my no makeup makeup days. Thank you for the recommendation!

I absolutely love the cover girl essence. I got it in 2 shades darker than my skin tone and use it kinda like you would bronzing drops without mixing with anything. It’s the best natural looking subtle tan since the product is such light coverage. Best to come out in 2024 in my opinion so far ❤❤

The issues I personally have with the Covergirl Simply Ageless Skin Perfector is that it never settles? Like it just sits on top of my skin and if I apply other products on top it MOVES. Also, it accentuates every pore on my face like crazy. Thankfully I got it on sale for $17 on Amazon because I would have returned it immediately lol I’ll stick to my Purito BB cream haha

Beauty of Joseon sunscreen is indeed amazing!!!!! I have very sensitive eyes to both mineral and chemical sunscreens; i tried 35ish different sunscreens and nothing compares to K Beauty. To be fair, the other 3 Korean sunscreens are also very, very good, almost exactly the same except for slight differences.

The Covergirl Essence is the FIRST liquid foundation product I’ve been able to confidently use in ages. I’ve been a powder foundation person since my holy grail Clinique foundation was discontinued years ago. This actually looks natural and works really well with Glow Recipe Strawberry BHA Pore-Smooth Blur Drops. This combination has been so successful for me personally that I’m feeling as though a whole new world has opened up. One tip though - less is more with both products!

the stain marker isn't a new thing, kiko has one for years now i think it's been on the market 10 yrs ago, sadly it's not cruelty free so u can't try it but i don't think you would miss much tbh. i don't rly like lip stains so anyone who is should try it and report back!

The BoJ sunscreen is one of the more elegant SPF formulas I've ever used and really made putting on SPF enjoyable for me each day! Alright Kelly, you've talked me into the NYX bronzer! LOL My skin naturally turns a rosier shade when I'm in the sun (which I don't see often being a religious SPF wearer) so, this sounds perfect for my fair, cool-leaning neutral skin tone. Oof, I'm sorry, but saying that $16 is a reasonable price for a lip balm is bonkers to me! I mean, seriously? It only sounds reasonable because so many brands are charging $20+ for similar products! $16 better be getting me a lot more than a fancy Chapstick... I love your tiered-ranking system! My spreadsheet/chart-loving mind finds it very pleasing.

I have 2 lipliners, a clear and a nude one. The nude one is for shaping my lips and also a pretty good long lasting lip color in its own right. The clear one is when I wear darker colors or use eyeshadow pencils as lipsticks, it stops the bleeding of the pigment from inside my lips and makes the product last longer.
