I was just stating that the trailer is basically a 1 to 1 recreation of the OG MGS3 trailer from back in the PS2 days (albet with minor differences due to gameplay overhauls). There is nothing I said that was criticizing it! If you took what I said as anything except positive, that's your opinion. I freaking loved what they did with the trailer. I freaking love almost the entire Metal Gear series.

For the consumers none but for the developers a lot. Mainly because they will get no profit for their own game or at least their profit will be slashed because of gamepass.

​@@marktime7692that's the truth. plus Xbox/Microsoft is really itching to remove physical media and push all digital moving forward. (Well not just Xbox, but almost all game companies today) Which is a negative for consumers because you won't be getting ownership over the games you paid for forever. You just basically have a "license" to play their games and they can take that away from you at any time.

@@marktime7692 can you link where this info is? Genuinely asking. I would assume Microsoft approaches these publishers and says “we want to offer you this contract that pays this much up front and this much every X months/years for this game to be in gamepass” and the publishers weigh potential profits vs guaranteed money and visibility and then say ok let’s sign it. Like steam that charges a 30% cut or something like that and devs agree to it because they weigh the potential gain and loss of not being on steam

Makes for a good conversation starter! I found it gave people a reason to come out of lurk, and so I just change the lights/things hanging on it periodically to keep it fresh. It works with the lil Alexa dot, so it's easy to make the colors change. I don't actually put Christmas decorations on it until after Thanksgiving, I promise 😂
