@@SpartanArmy117 that’s the problem with relying on the live coverage commentary. All the commentary confirmed is that Hamilton did It before Verstappen (Mercedes and others having read the rules properly). Several other drivers and teams did it early on. The onboard cameras are available for all drivers, for all laps on F1 TV Pro. Invest a little, and go see for yourself. Also, Max wasn’t penalised for exceeding track limits. It has been a rule for years that if you overtake you must stay on the track. So you can exceed limits on a part of a track without penalty, and overtake by going wide in the same place and be told to give the place back. Same thing happened with Kimi and Max in COTA. So I’d also suggest you go read the rules.

It was OK for the first ten years when it was in daylight. But since it's gone under the lights, it's been amazing.

Great track, not 100% sold on the location (they got work to do). It was actually the original “Walmart parking lot” style paved runoff circuit (before this it was only Malaysia, Austria and Germany that had major paved runoff, and it was very limited compared to Bahrain). The thing is, with it being in a desert and the sand storms, the paved runoff is actually necessary. If it was unique to this circuit, it would be alright. It’s the fact that paved runoff is everywhere now, and Bahrain is the grand daddy of them all, it gets hate partially for this. One of the things that makes it a really great circuit is the asphalt, which is incredibly course, causing excessive tire wear. The course asphalt is also to combat the surrounding sand, it’s another thing that makes the track unique. It used to look quite bland in the daytime, it looks much more exciting to watch at night.

Perez switcht from medium to medium to get wamer tires then the rest, he was last anyway and because of the safety car and the two formation laps everyone had stone cold tires. At least Nico Hülkenberg was talking about this on ServusTV commentry.

@@scottmeredith3359 right mate, shut the fuck up. On behalf of the women watching, the vast vast majority of us (97%)have been assaulted or harassed on the streets in some way. Lots of us have trauma that still effects us to this day. Mazepin posted a video of him groping a DRUNK woman on his story for hundreds of thousands of people to see, many of which will be women with traumas in related like incidents to that to which Mazepins name alone can be triggers for our traumas. Every time we look at his name or hear his name we get reminded of our traumas. And he also got off with fuck all punishment, which just sums up the justice system at the moment and how woman have to suffer with fuck all punishment on the other end. Yes I’m not an idiot, it happens to men too, and it’s not all men who are gropers or assaulters but it’s 3% away from being all women and this is just another example where the system oppresses us and forces us to suffer and not the assaulter. No one with a brain wants him to be killed or harmed, we just don’t want him having a global platform

I watched back the Seb & Ocon incident several times & I think seb was talking about Ocon switching line just before the bit they show in the broadcast. seb is on the left & Ocon is also on the left, seb looks at his right mirror & prepares to brake into the corner without realising Ocon had switched sides & was in fact already in front before he could react. As a brand new F1 fan - what was I doing when The Battle was on between LH/MV? At 71 years old, I drank more than half a bottle of sherry and spilled quite a bit of it whilst drinking from the bottle. I have never ever yelled at the TV before, but found myself on my less than stable feet, screaming encouragement at MV whilst my cats shot off, upsetting my supper on the way - and hiding in terror. My carpet is ruined; My pacemaker is still going double time and I need a new TV which is still smouldering. Awesome!

​@@RodHammett95 In past seasons your points have gone the other way. 1) As Christian Horner mentioned (post race) Bahrain traditionally suits the Merc. 2) In 2020 (and other recent years) RB developed more during the year than Merc does. I personally think that Merc will develop more than they have done in previous years and I think catching up is easier than staying ahead. However, I think that other track may favour RB more than Bahrain.

Totally agree! I think we're all intrigued by what Max is going to be like now that he's in this situation for the first time. In the past, his 'choices' during wheel to wheel battles have always been the kind of thing one probably wouldn't do if a championship title was genuinely at stake.
