Let see: Once the target is hit, the taser sends a 50,000-volt pulse. Once deployed they are designed to pulse for five seconds unless the operator keeps their finger on the trigger. A standard stun gun can only be used at close range, while a taser can shoot someone from 20 feet away. So there no way in the hell Carl should be even alive after taking that.
