I love how he notices the technique used to steal the banana, and cleverly distracts him to obtain the gun. Edit: The more I watch this, the deeper the story seems to get. I like to think the pink shirt guy is an assassin, and the black shirt guy is the real version, and as black shirt slowly unravels the newfound situation in front of him to identify whether or not whom he's dealing with is what he thinks, the assassin finishes the job. I justify this by the emphasis on "the job", and how the sequence of events plays out from there. Super fun to continue to rewatch and make sense of/build up some idea of what is actually going on, love it. The mind games between the two

This is like two NPC's talking to each other, like each one seems to reset after every line, just before the camera cuts away, and activate just a second after the camera cuts to them. Like neither of them are registering what the other is saying, just sending automated replies that are way too broad and don't quite fit. Its almost disturbing, like the whole thing is just soulless and has no real purpose to it. Like the two NPC's are just spiraling down a dark hole and all we can do is watch, horrified, at the scene that is playing before us. Wanting them to stop, to break free from this cage they have been coded into, but we know they can't hear us.
