Thank you so much for this comparison! Beautifully done. I came here after watching - and enjoying - your interview with Cilla. I’ve been working with Shimmering Veil a while now and it has quickly become my primary deck because of what feels to me like such pure evocative energy that I resonate to it without much thought and I love that (as well as her Devas decks). However, I find myself fascinated by her Intuitive Tarot! Again, thanks!

Happy to hear that! The SV is such a powerful deck. One of a kind! But I do also like the Intuitive. It has my favourite 4 of wands of all the decks I have.

The Emperor of the Intuitive Tarot though!!!!!! I cannot love it enough, lol! There are gorgeous cards in both decks, The High Priestess of the Shimmering Veil might be one of my favorite HPs ever. The perfect deck would be a mix of them both! I find the Shimmering Veil to give more room to intuition than the Inuitive it that makes any sense! Love both Devils! Oh wow, I cannot tell which one is the most beautiful.... love this, will watch again soon!!

Wow! Nice comparison! I’ve heard about Shimmering Veil and have neither. I really like the Majors of the I tuition more (they are bold and evocative) but then prefer the minors of the Intuitive so my options are get both or get neither.

Loving the Lapland landscapes! Great comparison. As you know I had both and decided to move the Intuitive on. I think you can really see how Cilla's tarot wisdom & art has evolved with the ShimmeringVeil 🖤

Thanks, nice go through here. I also prefer the Shimmering Veil, because of it’s more abstract imagery, that do not conjure the way a more traditional deck’s images will, even though the intuitive deck isn’t that traditional either. The Shimmering’s more primordial style is a welcome sight that can hopefully bring about some more natural associations that will differ from the more traditional decks.

The energies in these two are so different. But there is just something so magical in the Shimmering Veil. For some reason it just reaches so deep in. Cilla's art is just magical.

there's a monster in her wooha *giggles* wow the five of swords in the shimmering veil is stunning. the shimmering veil looks so ethereal whereas the intuitive tarot feels almost masculine and very, what is the word, earth based? i think i prefer the shimmering veil. thank you for sharing!
