BTW u keep saying he's blocking in surge, he's not its just how res works it procs while ur charging moves /in move animation so u can basically do a high duration on anything and ur gonna have inf res (unless u fight a good player that can hit u in end lag or a dot)

This build can be improved greatly, by one unlikely build: Savant. Step 1: put 50 points into Weapons (for the E abilities on old weapons), 60 points into Strength (for Smash), 60 points into magic (for leap), and 102 points into Vitality (for tankyness) Step 2: use Boxing as one of your fighting styles. Does not matter which one. Step 3: make sure you have ice magic (duh) and equip a shield of any type. Step 4: use Perfect Blocking Azurites with MAX block on them (a grind, ik) Step 5: Block with the shield. With this method, not only will you have the most offensively USELESS build, but you'll also be able to tank literally any Atlantean in the game, including the Legendary Beast Atlanteans.

Here is some food for thought, are these supposed builds truly toxic? playstyles only become toxic under certain conditions, though unfortunatly AO is currently suffering from one of those conditions, that being what is called a "toxic meta community" which happens when developers balance games incorrectly.
