Just noticed a continuity error. In the bookshop when she gets ready to leave and he begins to set the book on the desk with the book’s binding on his left, as if the book was right side up. When they cut to him from behind as she is walking out, the binding is on the right, with the page edges on the left. Then they cut back to show him making a note and the book again has the binding on his left.

Yeah films are generally full of actors and actresses, who play the parts of fictional or non fictional characters who have been written about by authors, the actors will "play" several "parts" during their career, they will try to portray these characters by changing their physique, accent or gait, but, generally, cannot change their faces, therefore the characters you believe you have witnessed together are purely three actors portraying three different characters who are involved in this particular narrative.

Sometimes I feel sure YT can ready my mind. Haven't seen the movie for goodness knows how long, at least 20 years though. I have also read the book but that would have been even further back, probably 30 years. Thing is, I'm currently reading the book again, and now this clip pops up? 🤔
