Straightaway, as soon as I heard the unmistakably gruff voice of Ronnie Drew, I started singing along! Had watch the whole thing again, to listen to what you were saying. I got carried away with myself! 😂 Another brilliant instalment! Keep ‘em comin’ boy! Yer doin’ grand!

Yep, you just described my Irish relatives. The US image archives even has a photo of my specific family being thrown out of their home. 😢

Another excellent video as always Davy! Just a couple of weeks ago I wrapped up a four week trip to Ireland 🇮🇪. My irish ancestors left during the famine, and I spent an entire month exploring the beautiful Emerald Isle. I even found the home my third grandfather left in 1851. So cool to return to the same home and property one 172 years later.

Good grief, YT deleting my comments. Smh Davey, you'd be inspired to know that , at least up until 2010, American Irish held more Medal of Honors than any other nationality. 🇺🇲🇮🇹
