Good morning Joey ❤ Sometime last year I had a conviction to read my Bible everyday from Genesis to revelation I am still in the Old Testament but my my life has already started to change, my outlook on life and the world. Thank you for sharing this “ if Jesus quoted the scriptures “ it shows just how important it is to know both scripture and context. ❤❤

If you want good success you must read the word of TMH. For me reading the Bible turned from reading a history book to understanding that I'm really the holy word of the Lord which is his rules for humanity that was a game changer for me

Hi sis ❤ Each time I listen to your videos you confirm something 🙈 I’ve honestly not been reading my Bible as I should. I used to struggle to understand or read it with my preconceived understanding 🙈 but I am learning to allow the Holy Spirit to guide me. It makes so much more sense. And I keep going back to reading the same chapters, it’s like I am not yet allowed to really move on. Not sure if that makes sense. Thanks for sharing this reflection

Love that point. Pray about it. I pray for understanding and illumination before I read the word. I also distinguish between reading the Word and studying the word,I've found that there's a difference. When Paul speaks about renewing the mind,this is how we renew our mind by reading the Word,when we read the word we are replacing our thoughts that might not be in line with the word and we replace it with Spirit inspired words

So true Sis Joey,I normally saying,reading and studying the Word will save you from so much trouble. Sometimes when we see the devil playing on our head or even his servants taking advantage of us,it is as a result of the lack of reading the Word. I started purposely reading the old Testament from last year and yooooh,I've gained so much perspective into the new Testament. Funny enough the old Testament has helped me understand the new Testament even more cause you get to see that golden string that flows from the old Testament and into the new Testament

We are spiritual beings first but the carnal man wants to be first, this is our daily battle. Me personally I am not where I want to be when it comes to reading my Bible the aim is to read it daily. I know it's possible 🤩
