The Jacket Maker leather and suede jackets are cheap for a reason… they feel cheap. They also have a grim synthetic type smell that doesn’t go (actually gets worse over time). If you want a cheap leather jacket that clearly looks cheap to those who know their jackets, then they are a good starting point, before you invest more money, at least you can tell if a leather jacket is for you or not.

I don't trust them, communication gone down quickly after purchase, wouldn't respond & items overpriced. Getting a refund is a bitch, I'd stay away at all costs

@@YourAverageGent yeah hes right i got mine about a month ago and wanted a refund but they could only do a replacement and I had to pay for the shipping and since the jacket came from Iraq and since am from Texas they were charging me 250 just to send it back since The Jacket Maker cant just simply put a return label on it and yes there communication was terrible too, but hey the design is great i got the black leather Inferno jacket it fits great

@@David-yv1pt I was able to get what I wanted from leatherick for a 3rd of the price, communication is excellent, any modifications are a tiny bit extra. No custom/import charges. My order was nearly €100, limitation in European countries to avoid international charges is €22. So I think leatherick covered it, not sure. But anyway, I highly recommend them.

Im going to make it short...the leather used is bad, bad, bad, if feels cheap, very cheap. Lining is horrible, a good lining is one that does not make you sweat. Hardware, zippers are ykk cheapest version. Stitches are high quality, attention to detail is great , it could be a great product if they made it with good quality leather, I would easily pay another 200 bucks more. Would I ever buy another one from this company? No , never. The leather they use is horrible. Stay away from it.
