FACTS MJ's estate doesn't want to due to them claiming about the lack of quality of footage. Many fans have uploaded the Destiny and Victory Tours onto You Tube with great quality. The real reason the estate doesn't want to release those tours is because they have to give the brothers and other writers their fair share of the royalites.

I was born in 1974, so I was fortunate enough to experience the jacksons Destiny album and all of Michael jacksons solo career from off the wall to everything to this day. I was familiar with a few things from their earlier days like ABC and stop the love and most of the more popular songs but thanks to this wonderful invention called the internet I've been able to dive deeper into other songs, television appearances and performances that I would only be able to experience through a television special or rare VHS tapes in a discount bin somewhere. Lately I've found myself drawn into the 12 to 16 year old Michael jackson, songs like dance machine and enjoy yourself and Ben, it just amazes me of how beyond his years he was. Michael jacksons was a 1 of 1 and very under-rated. Even being crowned the king of pop, he was much much more than can be described.
