ppl don't really read. Even famous cards, like cydra infinity, they just "know" the effect. The amount of games I won due to its super secret second effect. Is not zero. Like the one tearlament guy that summoned rulkalos in atk position during my turn, while infinity was on the board. Or when ppl negate the effect of cyber emergency and destroy it. It means it can be used again.

Instant Contact's art is a reference to a scene from the third Japanese GX theme, but for some reason, Air Neos isn't on the card despite appearing in said scene. As a result, Air Neos has become a bit of a meme.

Nobody knows for sure. Some people think air neos doesn't appear on cards anymore because it looks like a character from another anime. Some people think there was some legal dispute with the artist.

The decklist certainly doesn't look optimized, but honestly, making a Neos deck is so hard. All the newer cards have this paranoic mix of like 3, or 4 archetypes that don't have any relation with one another, and makes it really hard to visualize the lines. One way or another, I would always end up with a bunch of 1-ofs, and 40+ cards; it's awful.
