I mean, I'm Mexican, all my life I've lived here, and I really don't see the bad thing, I mean, there's the stereotype of "hot Latina", but really Mexicans don't care (I'm talking about the Mexican side not other Latin American countries) I've seen more controversies about latino=hot, but the English speakers get to complain more than us Mexicans, even when something is put in a hat and mustache and told it that it is "Mexican" we don't really care, only when something is extremely offensive It is when we complain, for example making fun of the country, people, culture, etc etc (And if I'm honest, I can go out to Mexico City and see a woman dressed like her 😭)

as someone from latin america (not from mexico, from another country which i won’t disclose for privacy) this is so true. the amount of women i have seen wearing clothes like this is insane. for the most part, i haven’t seen people (from latin america) complaining about those women, most of us don’t care at all, since it’s just really a thing that we mostly see every day. of course, as long as the intent isn’t being “offensive” or something along that, we don’t reaaaally care.

Ancient+ controversy was a progression problem. Yogurca, Shamonkey, Native American Set and Bunny Cream Soda are problems with the setting and beliefs of people, not the mechanics itself. Those problems cannot be compared. Though I believe only CRK has not had any issues of such kind. Not that the CRK community is a chill one when it comes to updates though.😂

I sorta feel like some of the controversies about this new character are a tad bit overblown, and the stereotypes shown are not that controversial as well, but I do agree that the design was a surprise to see, even if I do still like the character so far. As for the nun costume, it is a case of odd design choices that might not work in the long run, and is disrespectful to Catholicism, even with the other controversies that the Catholic Church has gained reputations for. Edit: also before I forget, I am ethnically Mexican (born in Canada, but majority of family tree is of Latin-American descent, such as parents).
