The RAW Jamaica! Old time way of baking sweet potato pudding, lightly salted escovitch saltfish, roast yam, turn cornmeal, porridge and more food! This is one of the most “authentic Jamaican” spots I’ve been. The environment is Unreal! Find mr Audley here ⬇️⬇️
Audley’s Yam Spot (same location as Chris's Cook Shop)

Man, this is the genuine stuff right here. We have Jamaican restaurants here in the US, but none of them can really duplicate the authentic experience & flavor that you guys create in Jamaica. Good stuff, man. Keep it up.

As the chef said sugar, salt, butter no more. There's a spot in Paterson, New Jersey call Hill's Carib Flava. ❤ I do made to order porridge, ackee, turn cornmeal, protein soups, fish tea and sea food. No matter what we order the chef never miss, never!

I live on NC original from MA and I’m West Indian and the food is garbage. I’m to lazy to cook and from time to time you want to eat out, but I’m always disappointed and was like I should’ve just did it myself.

Bahamian heritage I am loud and proud but I love Jamaican cuisine as well. One thing for sure from many islands...its cooked with love You can't find those pots or fresh cleaned foods everywhere. The pots and heat temperature to cook is as equally as important as the fresh foods and seasonings . Trust me it makes a difference. ❤

African people sure love doing things the hard way.....a whisk is magic when turning cornmeal to make porridge or coo coo..no loss of authenticity. OSTERise the coconut and make the women's load lighter....no loss of flavour...potholders instead of cloth...come on safety first. I will check you'all out when I visit Jamaica. Love ALL.
