My theory for the Janitor is that he was one of the kids who visited Willys when he was young and his parents were killed by Willy, he’s there because he wants to destroy these things. Not to mention he’s mute, a common sign of trauma and when the “It’s your Birthday” song starts playing when he’s fighting Willy, when he seems dazed and not in his right mind. I think that song was playing when Willy killed his parents and when Willy started attacking he got flashbacks back when Willy attacks him and his family and all the other reasons that has already been discussed.

So that means Willy's Wonderland is not inspired off of fnaf, it is it's own thing. Willy's Wonderland was probably inspired off of Chuck E Cheese and Showbiz Pizza/The Rock Afire Explosion, the classic 80's and 90's indoor pizzeria with Animatronics, arcade games, ect. I think the creator of the movie when't there as a kid.
