Rev is underrated. The ability to prevent any legend from using his or her ability can swing the tide of a fight. Timed right with a death totem it can help your team win in that fight.

I think part of what makes Apex stand out is that it’s still the same game it was 3 years ago, but with enough new additions that keep it fresh. Too many games end up losing sight of what the original game was about and don’t even play the same simply because they add things that radically change the game i.e. Siege and fortnite

was with you until the end, i find the "this game got updated so much that if you stopped playing for awhile it will feel brand new" concept to be unenjoyable. i come back to apex consistently for just that, consistency in a market where new updates every week are the norm. i dont want to spend time developing skills that will be completely useless in 6 months because of constant mechanic changes in my favorite game. in my opinion this is something apex does RIGHT

It's awesome to see you spread out when it comes to what you cover. Scrupt seems really scattered here, which makes it more difficult to follow than normal, but the jokes and commentary are still good. Just a bit difficult to follow.

I could see that. For my previous videos I've had a pretty structured format (Killer Intro, Power, Perks, Add-ons, Recommended Perks, then Ending) and I had to sort of change here. Here I based each section around the basic classes, then splinted off to have mini sections inside of those. Like talking about the guns or about Hyperscape.

I feel like you're missing a core part of this game, what many players really enjoy about it, is the movement and gunplay. The characters and their abilities are completely secondary to you're gun skill and game sense. Lots of creators for apex do polls about what the community likes about the gameplay of Apex, and almost 100% of the time, movement and gunplay are what people gravitate towards the most. Before working on Apex, Respawn made titanfall 2, which is undeniably the greatest movement shooter ever made (if you disagree you're objectively wrong.) So the guns and movement are very similar to that of TF2, just without the double jump and a few other more niche movement techniques. Although, I'm speaking from the POV of a person who has been with Respawn since they launched titanfall 2 in 2016, so from the perspective of someone who isn't that serious into the game, I can see why you probably would have come to the conclusion you did. (Also, y would you buy legends with Apex coins? That straight up hurts to hear.)

I used to love siege but the game grew so big that relearning maps and the meta every season was like a second job and very few people play for fun even in low ranks so every match was super sweaty. I wish i could go back to year 2

look I MIGHT of got into BR's... if it wasn't for the "you're done after one death" like yeah they kinda let you work around that HOWEVER pvp isn't quite my thing and 2. I usually die faster than a xenomorph popping out of a vent while an entire firing squad is trained on said vent after watching the grille get yeeted across a hallway cause I have the subtly of a tornado made entirely of frog screams (what I'm saying is I die way too fast in pvp for a one life shtick to sound appealing to me at all, also I like pve more)

The TTK in Apex is so high its not even an advantage to get the drop on people. I find the best high ground in the game, act like a jerk to get spotted, get shot, pop a shield, shoot back, initiate when low, collect enemy deathbox loot. Seriously ttk in Apex is an absolute joke

They actually lowered it a year ago, the community hated it so much though, that they changed it back the next week. Apex just wouldn't work if you died the second someone got the drop on you, one of the things that separates it from other games in the genre is that there's always potential for you to outplay without getting gunned down in half a second. Most guns in Apex have a dps from 150-200.
